The BiToric lens design has a toric back optic zone radius (BOZR) and a toric front surface cylinder.

- Corneal Astigmatism higher than -3.50D (residual or lenticular)

- Starting point: on K to 0.5 steps steeper on the flat meridian and 0.3 steps flatter that the steeper meridian.
- If the script axis and lens axis coincide, but there are still corneal cyl present – make the BC difference bigger.
