The BackToric should be used on toric corneas with
- Corneal Astigmatism higher than -3.50D.

- Starting point: on horisontal K and 0.15mm flatter than the vertikal K.
- If the script axis and lens axis coincide, but there are still corneal cyl present – make the BC difference bigger.
- If the script axis and lens axis does not coincide, but there are still corneal cyl present – make the BC difference less.
